- Our Service is subscription based. A monthly fee per customer engaged employee and a fixed quarterly charge for data insights and modeling. Our target will be the growth rate we agreed upon at the start. Shared reward is applied in case of over performance.

Duration: 1 week
With the Growth Potential X-Ray we gather valuable internal and external data to identify your growth potential and provide an elaborate scan of your commercial performance. We also provide a first set of actionable activities ranging from ‘low hanging fruit’ to fundamental improvements leading towards structural growth.

Step 2: Subscribe
Duration: 1 year
The Growth Potential X-Ray is the foundation for the growth roadmap for the first year. During this period we inject expertise, competence and experience and interact with your team to realize growth; hands-on. Driven by data, we monitor performance, prioritize tasks and steer towards growth. After the 1st year we continue on a monthly base.
