International Growth Strategy

Vanderlande and RevelX partnered to develop and implement an international growth strategy.

Client

Vanderlande is global market leader in baggage handling systems for airports, sorting systems for parcel and postal services and warehouse automation solutions.

Challenge

The companies ambition was to double their income in 5 years, for which they needed a clear strategic direction and priorities of growth opportunities.

Approach

In co-creation with their international management team, we developed a new strategy aimed at realizing their ambitious growth objective. The implementation plan was among others focused on making the organization fit for growth.

Results

Already after two years the company had realized its objective of nearly 100% growth, from € 750 M to € 1.4 B order intake.
