DISRUPTR Game for Vanderlande

The DisruptR game immediately provided us with 3 groundbreaking innovations. At the initiative of the CEO, RevelX facilitated the Executive DisruptR game for the entire international top management team of Vanderlande.

Vanderlande is a global market leader in baggage handling systems for airports, sorting systems for packages and postal services, and warehouse automation solutions.

During this intensive program, the team identified three new opportunities to structurally change the baggage handling industry. The team constructed a disruptive competitor that would make baggage handling possible in an entirely new
way.

The proposed solution was a completely new concept with automatically guided vehicles instead of large transport systems. Thanks to the latest technology and a fundamentally different design, the new FLEET concept is much more flexible and takes up significantly less expensive space.

This disruptive idea has resulted in a first pilot at Rotterdam Airport.
